These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and Mario888 (hereinafter referred to as "Mario888", "We", "Us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mario888.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Use of the mario888 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Mario888 strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the mario888 Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and fund forfeiture.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of Mario888 or any of its affiliated service providers.

To access the full suite of gaming and betting services on mario888, you must register a Player Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it should any details change.
• You are the rightful owner and sole authorised user of any payment method (bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet) linked to your mario888 Account.
• You will keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.

Mario888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Mario888 support immediately at [email protected]. Mario888 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials.

5.1 Deposits

Mario888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Mario888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification prior to first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers via FPX and local bank channels (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network conditions.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Mario888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Mario888 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms associated with each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a ×15 wagering requirement requires the Player to place a total of RM1,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, individual bets may not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the relevant promotion — typically between RM 250 and RM 500. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and derived winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, which is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Common expiry periods are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus crediting. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Where a maximum cash-out limit applies to a bonus promotion, only winnings up to that limit derived from Bonus Funds will be transferable to the Player's withdrawable balance.

Mario888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All promotional decisions made by Mario888 are final and binding.

All bets and wagers placed on the mario888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product or market, as communicated within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• All bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Odds quoted at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — an obvious and clear mistake in odds, game result display, or payout calculation — Mario888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing bodies to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect actual verified game performance over statistically significant sample sizes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are subject to the game rules displayed within the live game interface.
• Mario888 reserves the right to void bets or winnings where evidence of software exploitation, game manipulation, or collusion is identified.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mario888 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Player Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other Players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human use.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any activity that manipulates the fairness of games or betting markets.
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that constitutes money laundering or facilitates the proceeds of crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited without disclosing this to Mario888.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or using another person's Account without authorisation.

Mario888 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this section and to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Mario888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a lawful order from a competent authority requiring such action.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation during a KYC review.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Evidence of multiple Account registration by the same individual.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at Mario888's discretion following investigation. Where closure is not due to a Player's breach, any verifiable withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their nominated payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Voluntary closure requests made during an active self-exclusion period will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Mario888 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices among all Players. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings.

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from Mario888.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of any Platform software or code.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mario888 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliated service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Loss of funds resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials or device security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond Mario888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit Mario888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Mario888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by direct communication to registered Players.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the mario888 Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the mario888 Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Mario888, the Player should first contact our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. Mario888 will endeavour to resolve all reasonable complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable operating jurisdiction. Players located in Malaysia retain any rights afforded to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.
